Met sh n yojit to do our project on perceived quality of public transport. consulted prof sunanda regardin our progress. felt relieved when she said we were on de right track. but now going about conducting survey is a major problem.
tink anyone can find mi anitime of de day during recess week at city hall/raffles mrt doing survey? at least conducting survey still orite. cos onli nid to talk to people. worse is when we gotta do our parts on statistical analysis. hate numbers to de max!
after proj meeting went for BT201 class. today's topic was on transport, n was quite excited over de case on sun vista. anithin tat's related to passenger liners excites mi. but wat a pity tat sun cruises in de end gotta close down n sell off both smaller ships - sun viva I and sun viva II?
juz hope i can quickli graduate n find a cruise ship job. be it a janitor on board. "janitor travels the world?" but hopefully not local cruise liners cos onli sail to malaysia or thailand at most? cunard line's queen mary 2 sounds cool, but i tink i wun haf such luck.
still remember telling career foundations' trainer (an ex-air stewardess) tat i wanna work on a cruise. she asked: "why not fly?" isn't flying faster?"
But I prefer slow? At least cruise lines can chat wif passengers n joke loudly? how would i do tat on aircraft?
And oh! Am afraid of height & air turbulence!
anyway i managed to reach home in one piece after a disastrous train journey home. wx n i were like fish fillet being sandwiched in between others to become a double fillet o fish? another poor old man was trying 2 balance himself while a gal seated on de priority seat acted as though she din see him by reading a book? seriously i tink it's no use just labelling "reserved seats" above de seat itself. The whole seat should be painted in different colour instead so dat de whole world could see n exert pressure on those aren't willing to give up their seats?
