returned home to do proj on tiger airways, mostly on issues faced by customer complaints. singaporeans r realli hard to please. want to fly cheap, yet expect a champagne on budget airlines. i believe in "wat u pay is wat u get!" it's not tat i'm a spokesperson of tiger airways or wat, but if those who aint willing to pay more for gud service or cant afford, den better shut up n be happi to get transported from point A to B. for 1 thing, i realli admire tiger airways' adherence to its business model of cost leadership. unlike valuair (budget carrier but tried to serve food) in which de company doesn't haf a distinct business model such tat it gotta merge with jetstar. positioning is so important by looking at tis simple case alone.
